Mindland is our latest 360 degree dome experience. The film premiered at the 2018 Coachella Music Festival and was a collaboration with the incredible Sougwen Chung and the one and only St. Vincent.
Dome films are a unique experience, offering total immersion. The dome is a fundamentally collaborative event. Instead of the isolation of a VR headset, viewers watch together with hundreds of old and new friends. The dome combines the best elements of the classic theater experience with the latest in immersive technology.
Mindland was part of Flatland, a larger collaborative film project. Flatland gave us a chance to work with good friends Justin Bolognino, Dev Harlan, and Volvox Labs – and was generously supported by HP.
