These posters were produced for The Mill’s Posterity project, part of the 50/50 initiative to aid famine relief efforts in East Africa. Limited edition, gallery-quality Giclée prints on 100% cotton rag archival paper, printed with archival inks.
50/50 is a very interesting, and very different, approach to supporting East Africa. We wanted to support that with a different take on the poster design. Famine relief appeals can often be extremely – and understandably – literal. We took a more conceptual approach.
